This is a concept of a floating toilet for impending emergencies. The idea is to have the toilet structure perform important daily functions in a village as a police post, post office or dispensary. This will ensure maintenance. It collects water, generates its own power and processes the excrement in composting bins. It will float and be moved by outboard motor if required.
